King's Ely was judged to meet, or exceed, all the regulatory standards for independent day and boarding schools in the latest Independent Schools Inspectorate. 

In 2022, King’s Ely received an Interim Compliance Inspection to support provision for current and anticipated pupil numbers. King’s Ely was found to be compliant in all areas.
